📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial advice and support to the management team.,Manage the company's cash flow and budgeting processes.,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts.,Train and mentor junior staff on accounting procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
