Shrimpis Restaurant is looking for a dedicated and skilled Cold Kitchen/Salad Section team member to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. We are seeking a professional who is passionate about creating fresh and delicious salads and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Prepare and assemble fresh salads according to recipes and customer orders.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including refrigeration and storage areas.

Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent foodborne illnesses.

Adhere to food handling and storage procedures to ensure food quality and safety.

Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed.

Work efficiently and accurately to meet production targets and customer demands.

Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Stay updated on new menu items and techniques to enhance the dining experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.

Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.

Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
