In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. You will also handle general affairs, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Our office is located at Jl. Raya Serang KM 16, Serang, Banten, and we offer a competitive salary package of Rp 15,000,000 - Rp 25,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration using SAP.
• Handle general affairs to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for employees.
• Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with senior management to align HR practices with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and General Affairs roles.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using SAP for payroll and benefits administration.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
