Makmur Intan Tea is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Manado. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documents.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Stay informed about labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance within the company.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian (both written and spoken).,Experience in managing employee benefits and relations is a plus.
