📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform a wide range of laboratory tests and experiments with high accuracy and precision.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Prepare and analyze data from laboratory tests and experiments.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory operations.,Supervise and train junior lab technicians and other staff members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the laboratory.,Collaborate with other departments to support project objectives.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Chemistry, or related disciplines.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.,Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using laboratory software and data analysis tools.,Understanding of quality control and assurance principles.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the laboratory environment.
