📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas for improvement,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training management software and tools,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus
