📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and up-to-date BIM models.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical input to support project decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and software updates.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to junior team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modeling, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM software.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and standards relevant to the construction industry.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid IDP (Indonesian Professional Engineer) certification or equivalent.
