📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department.

Develop and implement departmental strategies and goals.

Manage and mentor a team of employees.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Monitor departmental performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with other departments to achieve company-wide objectives.

Represent the company at internal and external meetings and events.

Handle departmental budget and financial planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of achieving departmental goals and objectives.

Familiarity with industry best practices and trends.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
