📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting the Banquet Manager in planning and coordinating banquet events.
  • Managing and supervising banquet staff to ensure high-quality service.
  • Ensuring that banquet areas are clean, organized, and ready for events.
  • Taking reservations and confirming event details with guests.
  • Assisting with the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities.
  • Providing excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies.
  • Maintaining accurate records of banquet events and guest information.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with banquet and event planning software.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
