📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in managing patient care and treatment plans.,Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, assisting with treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.,Document patient care activities accurately and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.,Support the nursing staff with administrative tasks and hospital operations.,Promote a positive and compassionate patient care environment.,Assist in the training and development of new nursing staff.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Nurse.,Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
