📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and waste removal.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ensure that all facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained according to company policies and procedures.
• Work closely with the facilities management team to coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks.
• Maintain and update facilities maintenance records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance and janitorial services.
• Knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
