Pacific Stainless Steel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Production Operator to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. As a Lead Production Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, training and mentoring junior operators, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Train and mentor junior production operators to maintain high levels of performance.,Monitor and maintain production equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.,Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements.,Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.,Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.,Participate in shift meetings and problem-solving sessions to address production issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Production Operator in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing production processes.,Strong knowledge of stainless steel production techniques and equipment.,Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control standards.,Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is a plus.
