📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Train and develop sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to support sales initiatives.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
