New Mart Mandiri is looking for a dedicated QC Staff to join our team in Dili. As a QC Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and services. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately. If you are passionate about quality control and have the necessary skills, we want to hear from you!

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Inspect incoming products to ensure they meet quality standards.,Conduct quality tests on finished products to identify any defects.,Document and report quality issues and defects.,Work with production teams to resolve quality issues.,Maintain and update quality control records and reports.,Ensure compliance with company quality control policies and procedures.,Assist in training and mentoring new employees on quality control practices.,Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or a related field.,Knowledge of quality control standards, methods, and techniques.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and Tetun (preferred).,Valid QC certification (preferred).
