📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high-quality food and service by monitoring food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.,Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and customer satisfaction.,Manage staff performance by providing training, coaching, and feedback.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor and report on restaurant performance metrics, such as sales, customer feedback, and staff turnover.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop and implement new menu items and recipes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations and staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and culture is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
