Up Crown Sejahtera is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Branch Manager to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, managing a team of employees, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.,Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor branch performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the local community.,Organize and participate in training sessions to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the retail industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.
