📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the entire construction process from planning to commissioning, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and vendors, to ensure smooth project execution.,Develop and implement construction schedules, risk management plans, and quality assurance protocols.,Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.,Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain high standards of quality and safety.,Collaborate with Micron's global teams to ensure alignment with company-wide objectives and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects.,Strong understanding of semiconductor facility construction and commissioning processes.,Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.,Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
