📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement,Prepare and present financial forecasts and projections to support the company's strategic planning,Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures,Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance with budgetary targets,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, and provide insights to support decision-making,Prepare and present financial analysis to senior management, including the Board of Directors,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques,Experience with financial management information systems (FMIS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment,Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
