📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Manage the sales pipeline, including forecasting and tracking sales performance.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and services.,Monitor and report on key sales metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the aluminum industry and market dynamics.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
