CV Property Sri is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Pontianak. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.
  • Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Monitor store performance and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
