📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain data models and scorecards to support PayLater's collection processes.
• Analyze large datasets using tools like SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and patterns.
• Create visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Perform data quality checks and ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used in decision-making.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and financial services.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and support junior team members in their professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in financial data.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
