📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the electrical department, ensuring the smooth functioning of electrical systems.
• Manage a team of skilled electricians, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues promptly and efficiently, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve problems.
• Implement energy-saving measures and monitor energy consumption to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure the reliability and safety of the electrical infrastructure, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance of the electrical department.
• Provide technical expertise and training to junior electricians to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor or in a similar role in the chemical manufacturing industry.
• Certification in electrical safety and compliance, such as NECA or OSHA, is a plus.
• Proven track record of managing electrical teams and ensuring the reliability of electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical control systems, automation tools, and energy management practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using electrical software and tools, such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including ISO, IEC, and local electrical codes.
