📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSE strategies aligned with group-wide objectives.
• Oversee the HSE performance of all operations, ensuring compliance with national and international standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Lead the development and delivery of HSE training programs for employees and contractors.
• Manage HSE budgets and resources, ensuring effective allocation and utilization.
• Foster a strong HSE culture across the organization, promoting continuous improvement.
• Report on HSE performance to senior management and board, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE management, with a strong track record in a similar role.
• Proven leadership experience in managing HSE teams and driving continuous improvement.
• Certification in HSE management, such as NEBOSH or IOSH, is a plus.
• Strong understanding of national and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead diverse teams.
• Proficiency in using HSE management software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Bachelor's degree in HSE, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
